Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Bollinger County Court Docket. Visiting the site, reading its material, or using a linked feature means accepting these terms. A person who does not accept them should not use the site.

NO FCRA USE. Bollinger County Court Docket is privately operated and has no affiliation with a government agency or court. It is not a consumer reporting agency and is not a service for any Fair Credit Reporting Act-regulated purpose, including decisions about credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance. It is a reference resource for locating court-docket and record channels in Bollinger County, Missouri.

1. What This Website Is

Bollinger County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It is not part of the Missouri judiciary, the Bollinger County Circuit Clerk's office, or another public office. It does not keep official dockets, change court settings, retrieve records on demand, or submit court filings.

The site identifies official routes for public information, including Missouri Case.net, the Bollinger County Circuit Clerk, and courthouse public-access equipment. Case.net is a statewide portal; the official sources reviewed do not identify a separate Bollinger-hosted public docket database.

2. Informational Use Only

Material on the site is general information, not an official docket, court order, certified record, or legal advice. Official access to Missouri adjudicative court records is governed principally by Court Operating Rule 4. RSMo Chapter 610 and §610.023 form Missouri's administrative-records framework where applicable; they do not displace court-record confidentiality rules.

Information that matters in a case should be checked with the court or clerk holding the original record. A public Case.net view or browser printout is not the same as a clerk-certified copy.

3. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, a visitor agrees not to:

  • Use the site in violation of federal, Missouri, or local law
  • Use information to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm another person
  • Use site information for a purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Attempt to enter systems or data without authorization
  • Deploy automated bots, scraping tools, or similar processes against the site
  • Interfere with the site's availability or another visitor's use

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Bollinger County Court Docket is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not create consumer reports, background reports, or credit reports. Neither the site nor its advertising partners supplies information for decisions concerning credit, employment, housing, insurance, licensing, permits, benefits, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.

You agree not to use information from this site or a linked feature for those purposes. The site is a public-reference resource for finding or understanding a specific court matter, following a court date, reviewing public legal history, or locating the office that maintains a record.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on the site is legal advice. General information about Bollinger County dockets cannot determine how a charge, filing, order, deadline, or court rule applies to a particular situation. Consult a licensed Missouri attorney for legal advice.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Site content is provided “as is” without a promise that it is complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular use. A linked service may also be unavailable or display information that is incomplete, delayed, or restricted.

Dockets change as cases are filed, settings move, orders are entered, and records are sealed, dismissed, or amended. A date or entry should be confirmed with the court or clerk that holds the case. A record that is confidential, sealed, expunged, or outside remote access may not appear in a public result.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The site links to court, clerk, legal-aid, and outside-service resources. Following a link leaves this site and places the visitor under the recipient service's terms, privacy practices, availability, content, and charges. Bollinger County Court Docket does not control or guarantee those services.

8. Intellectual Property

Site text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Bollinger County Court Docket or its content partners as applicable. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative material without written permission, except where law allows otherwise.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bollinger County Court Docket is not liable for a loss, damage, claim, or decision arising from use of the site or a linked service. This limitation includes reliance on information that is outdated, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Bollinger County Court Docket harmless from claims, actions, demands, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the site or a breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. A dispute connected with use of the site must be brought in a court located in Missouri, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted here. Continued use after posting is subject to the revised terms.

Effective date: August 28, 2026

No. Only the court can set, reset, or confirm a hearing. Use the Court Calendar information, read the newest docket entries, and verify the setting with the Circuit Clerk.
